Surf City/PGF merit policy

Surf City Tourneys Merit System (Updated 2023) The Surf City Merit System is a loyalty rewards program. Teams will accumulate merits for each tournament they play in, pool placement, and overall record across the tournament(s). These Merits will be used for preferred placement in Showcase Events when teams have similar entry dates. Consideration for invitation to the PGF/Surf City Invitational Events such as the Fall PGF Shootout and June Premier. One berth for each age group will be held for PGF Platinum Nationals and Merits will be used when offering At-Large Berths for the PGF Platinum Divisions.
